(Route, have you ever checked the recent posts and went "huh...why aren't there any pink pony princesses around? Gosh, I sure could use a pink pony princess right now..."

Well here you go. She's pink, she's a princess, most importantly, she's a pony. And she's just positively beaming right now. You can see the joy on her face and everything. You can probably even hear it too, given her giggling. Someone's happy to be who she is again.)

I don't know if this is temporary or not, but it feels wonderful being a pony again! Humans are nice, but I like being who I am...even if that means the lack of fingers.

(She says as she's holding up her Pokegear with her magic.

Also it's probably not hard to spot a strange looking Pokemon casually orbiting her, as if it were studying the pony. At its curiosity, Cadence can only smile.)

I'm not sure what kind of Pokemon this is, but he seems really friendly. If anypony can tell me about him, I'd greatly appreciate it!

[Don't look now, Cadence, but there's somepony just a foot or so behind you. How Celestia managed to sneak up is a mystery but one doesn't tend to question the Princess.]

(Especially not when that princess is Celestia. Cadence has long since accepted that she pretty much does what she wants. Still, Cadence at least turns to face her.)

That's too bad; I'm still learning about Pokemon myself and would love to learn what others have to say.

(Here comes Rainbow Dash, also back to being a Pegasus pony herself, with a wide grin on her face. Ooh, unknown Pokemon that starts eying the rainbow-colored mane! She hasn't seen this one before either, so she can't help Princess.)

(Cadence can't help but giggle a little at Dash's enthusiasm. She must be so excited to have her wings back. Just as much as Twilight must be to have her magic.)

I heard it; that's for sure! Was that your biggest one yet?

(Exactly! Plus, when discovering she had her wings back, before pulling off the Sonic Rainboom Dash performed the Filly Strut in her room a few times.)

Hey, yeah! It might've been bigger than the one at your wedding, but that one had added fireworks so I can't really count this one.

_{[Okay, he's bumped into some unusual people today but this is the first time he's bumped into a unicorn.]}

As sudden and strange as it is for people to suddenly appear from hammer space nowhere right in front of her, Cadence's concern immediately shifts to Henry's well being.)

No no, it's okay...are you alright? Are you hurt? That hole just shot you out of the ground!

_{[Henry doesn't answer for a beat because he's busy taking in the fact that. Unicorn. He shakes himself and lifts a hand.]}

Nope! Fingers are nice and all, but I think I can get along just fine without them.

(A giggle. Of course, Cadence doesn't seem to mind that she's a pony; quite the contrary, in fact! She's just learning how much of a surprise it is for humans to see one. At least she doesn't look as intimidating as Celestia or Luna...

At the mention of that, the Mesprit drifts over to her Pokegear, suddenly drawn to the camera as if it knew it was the current subject of attention.)

Oh, thank you; I'd really appreciate that! He's really nice and really cute, but I feel bad for not knowing what he really is. I'd give him a name, but I think you can only do that to your Pokemon.

BUT ANYWAY THERE ARE MORE PRESSING MATTERS AT HAND]

As for the Pokemon... it's from Sinnoh, definitely, and seems to be part of a legendary trio of sorts. The representations I've found of the Pokemon within that trio all seem to be heavily stylized, but that seems to resemble the depictions of Mesprit, the Pokemon of emotion.

(Her attention is suddenly drawn to the Mesprit, who says nothing to her, but still seems completely fascinated by Cadence as it parks itself on her back.)

I wonder why it decided to show itself, if it's so legendary...and to me, for that matter. I'm flattered, but...is it because I'm the princess of love?

[ Rarity finds Cadance in the inn and smiles to see the princess so happy. Having spent some time with her now, she's gotten used to spending time in Cadance's company without double-checking her every move, and can see why Twilight has loved her so much since she was a filly. It's nice to see Cadance relaxed - she deserves that. ]

It is! Even if it only lasts a few days, hours or even minutes, it's wonderful to be a pony again.

Oh, yes! Being a human has its uses, and I've even started to figure out what looks good on the body and what does not. Started being the operative word. But it simply can't compare to the grace and beauty of being a unicorn.

...Also, I just like hooves better. Fewer wriggly things.
