(For reasons unknown to Cadence, the video of her Pokegear turns on while she's still asleep with her Eevee and her Riolu snuggled in her arms. They always liked sleeping against her since both of them could so easily fit into her arms. That embrace of hers was always so warm and loving...for them, that made bedtime that much more comfortable.
Things are about to change for the three of them this very morning.
The sun is already up and the three of them are lying in bed as they often did. As the sunlight peaked through the window, a different kind of light suddenly filled the room: a bright light that emanated from both Pokemon, a bright light that changed their forms while they continued to rest peacefully in Cadence's arms.
However, things aren't quite as peaceful for Cadence. The bright light causes her to stir more and more until she finally opens her eyes to see that her Eevee and Riolu are no longer Eevees and Riolus. They're kinda bigger now.
Her gasp of surprise and jumping out of bed cause the two Pokemon to do the same. Except they're not quite as surprised as Cadence is. In fact, they look rather proud of themselves and impressed with each other while Cadence just stands there in her pink camisole and shorts. Eventually, she calms down and shares a laugh with the newly evolved Pokemon.
And the camera catches all of this.)
